Plan/implement marketing strategies to establish new Customer relationships with business and consumer clientele. Participate in Community Bank activities and initiatives to drive cross selling success. Drive the sales process in the market and assist the CDO with sales goals and marketing plans for the team. Provide coaching, recognition, motivation and skill development

Demonstrated success with new customer acquisition through independent outside sales activities. Drive revenue growth by selling our full suite of payment products and services with a focus on ACH, Remote Deposit, Credit Card issuance, Merchant Services, and payroll services. Demonstrated success in assessing your client's needs, recommending effective strategies, negotia
